  • Factory & Warehouses: Our factory is located in China, and our primary warehouse is also in China. Additionally, we maintain inventory in the United States to ensure faster delivery for our customers in the region.

2. Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery. The shipping time may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
This means it will take approximately 8-15 business days to receive your package after completing your order payment. (Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.)

Mode of Transport and Cost

  • Small Packages: For smaller items, we primarily use USPS, FedEx, or UPS. These carriers are known for their reliability and efficiency in delivering packages within the estimated time frame.
